| 摘 要： | 随着现代战争对卫星的依赖越来越多，对空间目标和空间活动监视成为控制空间的关键。文中对关俄两个航天大国的空间目标监视现状和发展趋势进行了详细的介绍，并针对我国空间目标监视开展较晚的现实，提出了发展空间监视系统需要注意的几个关键问题。

| Abstract: | With the dependence on satellites in modern warfare,the surveillance to space targets and space activities has become the key point to control space.In this paper,the status and development trend of space surveillance of United States and Russia are introduced in detail.Several key points to develop our space surveillance system have been advanced,aimed at the status of our country. |
