| Abstract: | Based on the current situation of secondary vocational education, under the guidance of the concept of open education, this essay probes into the measures, contents and methods of the education and management of young class supervisors in secondary vocational schools. This essay also suggests the construction of a open model for students＇ education and management, keeping pace with the development of the time and the society. |
