分度凸轮轮槽数控加工的刀具补偿方法

摘    要:圆柱分度槽凸轮是多种凸轮型式中的一种常用凸轮。一般采用等径刀具加工,刀具容易磨损,经常需要更换刀具,致使加工成本高,且精度不易保证。本文提出一种新型的通用方法,利用任意小于槽宽的刀具,将槽的两边分别加工,推导了加工的数学模型,建立了加工的补偿方法,编制了通用加工程序。最后给出了应用实例。生产实践表明本文提出的方法不仅能保证加工精度,而且降低了成本,值得广泛推广与使用。

Abstract:Cylinder graduation - groove - cam is a kind of daily cam in the pattern of many kinds of cams. It was processed by equal diameter cutter, so the cutter was easy to be wear out and replaced often generally. Machining costs was high and the precision was difficult to be guaranteed. In this paper, one a kind of new - type in common use was proposed, the parts was processed both sides of the groove separately by the cutter which diameter was smaller than groove width of the cam. , The process mathematical model was derived , the compensation method to process was set up and the program of processing in common use was worked out . At last, the instance of using was given. Production practices indicates method proposed not only guarantee the machining accuracy but also lower costs .It is worth popularizing and use extensively.
