牵引电机故障诊断专家系统的研究

摘    要:为提高牵引电机状态异常和故障诊断的能力,设计了以DSPTMS320LF2407A为核心、以专家系统为基础的智能综合测试及故障诊断专家系统;具体给出了专家系统理论及系统的设计方法,提出了基于专家知识库、诊断推理及知识获取机制的诊断方法;完成专家系统知识库的构建和推理机的设计,能较好地完成牵引电机的检测与诊断的要求,为牵引电机故障诊断提供了一种先进的诊断方法,为铁路机车的安全运行提供了可靠技术保障.

Abstract:In order to improve the ability to judge the unusual situation and diagnose the failure of traction electromotor.This paper selects traction electromotor as the object for research,and a Fault Diagnosis Expert System based on TMS320LF2407A and expert system is designed.The theory of expert system and method of system design are presented,a new diagnosis method with expert data base,dedecing reasoning and knowledge acquisition is put forward.The knowledge database and the inference machine are completed,and a advanced method for traction electromotor diagnose is introduced which can satisfy the demand of locomotive's inspecting and diagnosing.
