| 摘 要： | 知识经济朝代需要的是具有创新精神和能力的高素质人才。信息素质已成为大学生应当具备的基本素质。章论述了信息素质的内涵及信息素质教育的现状，分析了高校图书馆开展信息素质教育的优势条件和实施途径，旨在重视和加强大学生信息素质的培养。
