双丝脉冲MAG焊两种电流相位关系的焊接行为分析

摘    要:基于高速摄像和电信号分析系统,采集了一定焊接工艺参数下高速脉冲双丝MAG焊接过程的电信号,并对焊接过程中的熔滴过渡方式以及电弧形态进行了高速摄像观察.结果表明,前丝、后丝脉冲电流交替变化时,前丝、后丝电弧形态分别为单丝工作时的钟罩形,显示前后丝电弧间基本没有影响;当前丝、后丝脉冲电流同步变化时,前后丝电弧合并为一个寿桃形电弧,分析指出前后丝电弧形态彼此间的吸引力是造成电弧形态合并的根本原因.不同脉冲电流频率下的焊缝显示,双丝脉冲MAG焊接过程中,前丝、后丝脉冲电流同步变化时,焊缝成形较好,但焊接过程声音较大并伴随较大烟尘;前丝、后丝脉冲电流交替变化时,焊缝成形一般,焊接过程声音柔和且产生较少烟尘.

Abstract:Based on the high-speed video system with electrical signals analyzer in synchronous,the electrical signals and the photographs of molten droplet under certain welding parameters were collected,the electrical arc shape and droplet transfer pattern of welding process in twin-wire pulsed MAG welding were studied.It is observed that when the pulse current exerted on the front wire and the rear wire by turns,the shape of arcs presents the clock cover form,and has no influence on each other.When the pulse curren...
