| Abstract: | The basic principles of the particle stabilization of emulsions have been reviewed. The main contents include the difference emulsion properties of the particle-stabilized emulsions and surfactant-stabilized emulsions, the emulsion mechanisms of the particle-stabilized emulsions and the factors contributing to the stability of the emulsion, and the application of the solid particles emulsifiers in cosmetics. |
