焊接智能控制及其发展趋势

摘    要:焊接是一个复杂的物理化学过程,焊接熔池包含有丰富的信息,熔池控制的研究是焊接研究一个重要领域,也是国内外焊接工作者的热门研究课题.综述了近年来模糊理论、神经网络技术等新技术在焊接过程控制、参数选择、焊缝形状预测、性能预测及焊接缺陷检测等方面的应用,比较了各种方法的优缺点,探讨了智能控制新技术在焊接领域应用中有待解决的问题及发展趋势.

Abstract:Welding is a complicated metallurgical process.Because prolific information can be got from the welding pool,the research on the sensing and control of the welding pool is one of the important fields in welding.The applications of artificial intelligeuce( AI) technology,such as artificial neural network,fuzzy logic,in welding field including processes control,parameters selection,prediction of seam shape,online information technology,property and defect prediction were summarized,at the same time the merits and defects among the different ways were compared.Moreover,some existing problems in the application of AI technology and its development direction in the welding were also discussed.
