| Abstract: | In this paper the design and development of the watching and controlling platform for center-based vehicle navigation system is introduced. The project was developed under the programming environment of Visual C Plus Plus. The electronic map platform was based on the ActiveX control of MapX. The communication platform was based on GPRS and Internet. |
