| 摘 要： | 简要介绍黑箱理论并将其与正交试验法相结合，在锥形单螺杆电磁动态挤出机上挤出加工HDPE时，建立了螺杆计量段沿程压力与口模、螺杆转速、轴向距离3参数间关系的数学模型，并从理论和实验两方面进行验证。

| Abstract: | The black box theory is briefly presented in the paper.With the com bination of the black box theory and the orthogonal method, a mathematic model of the relation between the stress of screw measuri ng segment and the die, revolution speed of screw and axial distance in extrudin g process of HDPE on the taper single extruder is established and the model is v erified theoretically and experimentally. |
