电弧炉电极倾斜对炉衬浸蚀的影响

摘    要:从电弧辐射的角度探讨了电弧炉电极倾斜对炉衬浸蚀的影响,指出电极倾斜对电弧炉炉衬的影响是非常明显的,电极应向内倾斜;高电压应尽可能在熔化期和氧化中前期使用,及早造好泡沫渣,确保电弧埋弧加热。

Abstract:The text discuss the effect which of EAF (electrical arc furnace) Electrode incline on the Lining Erosion from the angles that is the electrical arc eradiate, this point out the EAF Electrode incline is very distinctness to the effect of EAF on the Lining, the Electrode should be intilted. The hight voltage make use of a period of melting and a in front of middle period of oxidation time as soon as possible, we should make out scum and insure that electrical arc heat up in the scum.
