摘    要:疏桩基础是一种复合桩基,它是介于天然地基和常规桩基础的一种过渡基础形式,在多层民用建筑中已有应用,但在带裙房的高层建筑中应用很少。杭州金都华府小区地质条件复杂,其高层住宅采用疏桩基础,经济效益显著。

Abstract:Sparse pile foundation, a composite pile foundation between natural base and ordinary one, has been applied to multi-storied civil buildings, but less used in such high-rise buildings as with podium. When it was used in the high-rise buildings of Hangzhou Jindu Residence Sub-District where has complicated geological conditions, obvious economical benefit was achieved.
