| 摘 要： | 置换镀铜气保焊丝生产过程中由于废水、废气少 ,且易于净化处理 ,属环保型生产工艺 ,该工艺生产的焊丝镀铜层与钢丝结合紧密 ,可达到电镀的效果。文中给出了电解碱洗、酸洗及置换镀铜时各种工艺参数及所用试验设备型号及拉拔退火工艺。

| Abstract: | Producing welding wire by chemical displacement have more little waste air and water,and be easy to be purified,which is a production process of environmental protection.Copper coating of the welding wires bind closely with wire,and it obtain the effect of electroplating.And in this article,various process parameters such as electrolysis alkali wash,pickling and chemical displacement copper plating,testing equipment type and anneal process are given. |
