摘    要:业务流程重组(BPR)强调对现有的业务流程进行根本的再思考和彻底的再设计,建立全新的组织结构,充分发挥信息系统的作用,促使经营管理水平得到改善.文章根据BPR的基本思想和ERP的基本原理,结合我国中小型企业的实际情况,分析了企业开展BPR与ERP实施之间的关系、策略,并给出了较为成功的实例.

Abstract:BPR(Business Process Reengineering) highlights the improvement of the business process and therefore basically redesigns the current working process of the corporation in order to attain radical achievements in quality and service, and make use of information system.. This paper develops the definition, principles the path of BPR and ERP. The relationships of them also discussed on the basis of the analysis of the actual situation of small medium-sized manufacturing enterprises with a example.
