大豆膨化浸出工艺研究中试研究报告

摘    要:米糠挤压膨化机经适当改进后,对大豆进行膨化浸出试验。碎豆膨化率最高可达1.8,此时,膨化料容重可达520公斤/米~3左右。在保证浸出效果的前提下,浸出器生产能力比原设计能力提高50%左右。粕中残油率一般在1%以下。同时,湿粕中含溶剂量下降,混合油浓度提高,有效地降低了回收溶剂所需能耗。

Abstract:The machine used for the soybean extrusion is the modified ricebran extruder.The rateof extrusion of soybean expanded was 1.8 and the volume density of extrudant was 520kg/m~3.To assurethe same extraction rate,the production of the extraction system was 50% higher than the originaldesign.The residual oil in meals was blow 1%.Meanwhile,the residue solvent of the wet meal was decr-eased,and the concentration of miscella was increased.Consequently the consumption of energy for sol-vent recovery was decreased significantly.
