摘    要:提出了用于对振动信号进行编码及重构的分段自仿射模型。该算法利用分段仿射变换参数来表征振动信号,并通过迭代函数系统重构信号。用仿射变换参数表征信号时的数据量远远小于振动时域信号的数据量。基于大量地减少了数据传输量这一优点,该算法有助于解决旋转机械状态检测与故障诊断系统中数据信号远程传输问题。仿真及实测信号的应用表明该算法具有较高的数据压缩比和很好的信号重构精度。计算过程中还针对分段自仿射模型的参数取值进行了分析。

Abstract:The piecewise self-affine fractal model was explored for data coding and reconstruction of vibration signal. In this method, a signal was coded by parameters of affine maps and reconstructed according to self-similarity represented by the interated function system (IFS) parameters. The total data size of such a representation is far less than the original time domain data size. For the largely reduction on data size, the algorithm is suitable for solving the signal data remote transmission problem which restricts the capability of the rotating machinery remote state monitoring and fault diagnosis system severely. Applications of the model to actual vibration signals as well as simulation signals have been given with good results obtained in respect of data compression ratio and signal reconstruction precision, where estimation of the model parameters has been analyzed.
