| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一种采用ＩＧＢＴ作为开关元件的双逆变多功能弧焊电源的基本电路结构和工作过程，并对其二次逆变器换向时电流上升速度和峰值进行了定量分析计算。实验表明：该电源可单机实现直流、交流方波、脉冲多种输出，在小电流无稳弧装置的情况下，亦可以满意地进行铝合金的交方波ＴＩＧ焊接，具有推广价值。

| Abstract: | The structure and operating course of an IGBT dual inverter for various Arc welding isintroduced. The curreut rising specd and peak at switching time of the secend inverter is culculated by theauthor. The reasearch work show that inverter having varions functins such as DC square AC pluse andwelding sucessfully in small current( 15A)without Arc stabilizer so that the inverter have moer usingfielel. |
