摘    要:V2O3与聚合物复合可制备室温电阻率0.4Ω·cm,PTC效应高达10个数量级的热敏电阻材料。讨论了V2O3含量、聚合物种类和含量对室温电阻率和PTC效应的影响规律,并对复合材料的微观结构进行分析,用隧道效应解释了PTC效应。

Abstract:V2O3 filler is added to polymer matrix to produce composite having low resistivity to 0.4 ohm. cm at room temperature and large PTC to the extent of 10 orders of magnitude. Dependence of V2O3 content,polymer kinds and content on thermistor resistivity at room temperature and PTC is discussed. Microstructure of the composite is analysised and PTC effect is explained in term of tunneling.
