| 摘 要： | 采用微波消解-火焰原子吸收法测定多种小麦样品中的部分金属元素含量,重点对样品的前处理方法进行研究,并与常规消化方法测定值进行比较。实验结果表明,微波消解方法以其密闭性使元素损失少、回收率高、简便、快速,适合于粮食中微量元素的分析测定。

| Abstract: | The determination method of metal elements in wheat is developed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Especially,the pretreatment methods of samples have been investigated in detail.The data of two pretreatment methods have been compared.The microwave digestion method is simple and rapid.The method shows satisfactory precision and accuracy. |
