摘    要:基于开关网络-连接器-适配器结构的测试接口设计方案,其电气连接接口是一种虚拟接口,在适配器内部以电缆、插座和电路的形式给出;被测对象接口则涵盖仪器UUT信号电缆和夹具UUT信号电缆2种关键接口。

Abstract:The design scheme of test interface is based on switch network-receiver-adapter architecture.Its electronic connection interface is a virtual interface and the structure of interface consists of cable,socket,and circuit in adapter.The test interface consists of instrument UUT signal cable and clamp UUT signal cable.
