摘    要:采用分别粉磨制备了具有特定粒度分布的水泥组分,合理调配各组分制备了一种新型混合水泥,并测试了其物料力学性能。结果表明,与对比球磨水泥相比,混合水泥具有良好的工作性和较高的抗压强度,强度相同时,混合水泥可节约5%~10%的熟料,节能效果显著。

Abstract:Cement components with certain particle size distribution was made by means of separate grinding. A new sample of blended cement was made through adjusting the particle size distribution of different components. Mechanical behaviors of this cement were examined. The results show that blended cement is characterized with both good workability and excellent high compressive strength compared with controlled cement grinded by boll mill. At the same level of compressive strength with controlled cement grinded by boll mill, blended cement can save 5 -10% clinker, which represents remarkable energy saving.
