| 摘 要： | 为满足现在自动化生产线对非标准件自动检测的要求,设计了一种自动检测装置.通过自动上料、装夹定位和隔料等部件,并采用光学非接触测量方法实现了对某个或者几个种类非标准件的在线检测.提高了检测精度和效率.

| Abstract: | To meet the automatic detection requirements of non-standard pieces in automated production line,a kind of automatic detection devices is designed.By automatically feeding,positioning and separating materials,such as components,and using optical non-contact measurement method,one or several types of non-standard pieces online testing are realized.The accuracy and efficiency are improved. |
