R290/CO2制冷循环的能效分析与节能探讨

摘    要:通过对R290/CO2复叠式制冷循环能效的理论分析,得出在一定的蒸发温度和冷凝蒸发器传热温差下,循环的总能量损失随低温循环冷凝温度变化并存在最小值,能效随低温循环冷凝温度变化并存在最大值。为提高循环的效率,应减少各个环节的能量损失,而R290高温循环压缩机所占的能量损失比例最大,因此减少R290压缩机的能量损失,节能效果更为显著。

Abstract:A cascade refrigeration cycle that uses natural refrigerants of R290 and CO_2 is introduced.Through the theory analysis of R290/CO_2 cascade refrigeration cycle, the result of having a minimum energy loss and a maximum energy efficiency with the change of condensation temperature of low temperature cycle part at a definite evaporating temperature and heat transfer temperature difference of condenser-evaporator is received. The energy loss of compressor of R290 high temperature cycle part has the most proportion. For enhancing the efficiency of cycle , it is necessary to decrease energy loss of each part. So, the decreasing of energy loss of R290 compressor is in evidence.
