彭水水电站通航建筑物总体设计

摘    要:彭水水电站通航建筑物布置在左岸,规模为500 t级,型式为单级船闸+钢丝绳卷扬全平衡式垂直升船机,该型式为国内首次采用.升船机的规模仅次于待建的三峡升船机和已建成的福建闽江水口水电站升船机.采用单级船闸+垂直升船机型式充分适应了枢纽处的地质、地形和上游水位条件,大大减少了开挖工程量.下水式垂直升船机由于提升力大、耗电高等原因,且减速器部分参数超过常规制造工艺仍需研究,仍采用钢丝绳卷扬全平衡式垂直升船机.

Abstract:The navigation structure of Pengshui hydropower station is arranged on the left bank.Its scale is of 500-t level and its type is of a single-lift shiplock plus a cable-hoisting vertical shiplift balanced with full counterweight.This type of navigation structure is used for the first time in China.The size of the shiplift is only smaller than that of the Three Gorges project's shiplift to be built and that of the completed Shuikou shiplift on the Mingjiang river in Fujian province.Using this type of navigation structure of a single-lift shiplock plus a vertical shiplift can fully adapt to the geological,topographical and upstream water level conditions at the hydropower station,remarkably reducing excavation volume and cost.For a vertical shiplift with its ship chamber directly descended on the water in the downstream approach,because of its great hoisting forces,high electric power consumption,and some parameters of reducer going beyond conventional scopes,therefore,the manufacturing technology of this type of vertical shiplift still needs to be studied.At present,the cable-hoisting vertical shiplift balanced with full counterweight is still used.
