| Abstract: | Strengthening the project cost is the inevitable choice for construction enterprise to attend serious market competition. In this paper, the problems that hydraulic construction enterprise need put importance to analyzed, suggestions and measures to strengthen the cost management are put forward, from every link of project cost management. |
