| 摘 要： | 在全球化、现代化、城镇化背景下，广西城镇建设正面临着机遇与挑战。该文意在理顺“文化广西”战略、城镇特色塑造和城镇竞争力提升三者的关系，提出广西城镇特色风貌规划的方法和重点，以期对“文化广西”建设，增强广西城镇竞争力，推动广西城镇持续、快速、健康发展有所裨益。

| Abstract: | Under the background of globalization, modernization and urbanization, Guangxi Province faces both opportunities and challenges, This article explains the relationship between the strategy of “Cultural Guangxi” and molding town characteristics and urban competitiveness, and proposes the measures and emphases of planning town characteristic appearance to help to build “Cultural Guangxi”, promote the competitiveness, and impel the durative, fast and healthy develoioment. |
