摘    要:分析了聚合过程中控制流化床床高对聚合物粒径,催化剂聚合产率和装置运行周期的影响.增加流化床床高,有利于聚合物粉料对反应器上部扩大段的冲刷,有效减少了粉料堵塞循环回路和反应器结块的发生几率,提高了聚合反应器运行周期.

Abstract:This paper analyzed the influence of height of fluidized catalyst bed on the size of polymer powders, polymerization yield and operation period of the gas phase polyethylene (PE) plant. The results prove that increasing bed height is beneficial to scrubbing the extended section of the reactor with the polymer powders, effectively reducing the block in recycle gas loop and the agglomeration in the polymerization reactor and prolonging operation period of the PE plant.
