| 摘 要： | 介绍了西北地区某高低跨建筑物的漂浮倾斜事故及整治处理措施,该建筑物倾斜的主要原因是施工单位提前停止降水,地下室回填土施工未完成等原因造成的北侧漂浮力相对过大,造成南北两侧建筑物的倾覆力矩大于抗倾覆力矩.综合采取井点降水、解除地下室四周回填土摩擦应力、北侧堆积加压、附加抗浮设计等综合措施对建筑物进行了纠偏.现场检测及监测...
