| Abstract: | In order to achieve the possibility of expression for Cecropin P1 with genetic engineering technology in Pichia pastoris,the DNA fragment of Cecropin P1 was obtained under the SOE-PCR.Then the designed gene was cloned into the shuttle vector of pPICZαB and pGAPZαA.By electroporation transformation,the target gene was integrated into the genome DNA of Pichia pastoris.And after screenings for copy number of target gene and phenotype,the best harvest time of recombinant protein was confirmed.The activity research showed that the recombination strain obtained could express activated Cecropin P1.It′ll make sense for the establishment of forage Cecropin P1′s production process. |
