| 摘 要： | 以自行合成的有机硅改性丙烯酸酯(Si-1800/MMA/BA)复合乳液制成涂料,在石棉水泥板或马口铁板上涂膜,以考察和评估涂料的相关性能.结果发现,有机硅单体Si-1800的加入增强了涂料时底材的附着力,涂膜的耐洗刷性、耐冲击性、耐磨耗性也优于纯丙涂料,且随着有机硅单体Si-1800含量从15％增加到35％,涂膜的耐洗... |

| Abstract: | Vinyl terminal polysiloxane(Si-1800)/methyl methacrylate(MMA)/butyl acrylate(BA) emulsion was prepared and used to coat on asbestos cement board and tinplate board.A series of coating properties of the organic silicone modified acrylate emulsion coating were investigated and evaluated.It had been found that with the addition of Si-1800,adhesion of the coating to the base material was reinforced and washing resistance,impact resistance,abrasion resistance of the coating films were improved.When Si-1800 conte... |
