摘    要:以(NH4)2WO4为钨源,采用原位法合成W-HMS催化剂,利用XRD、FTIR等手段对其结构进行了表征;以W-HMS催化环戊烯氧化合成戊二醛,考察了相关因素对戊二醛收率的影响,通过正交实验确定优化反应条件如下:叔丁醇为溶剂、反应时间为28 h、反应温度为35℃、催化剂用量为3.4979 g,在此条件下,戊二醛收率达7...

Abstract:Using(NH4)2WO4 as W source,the catalyst W-HMS was prepared by in-situ method,and was characterized by XRD and FTIR.Then,catalyst W-HMS was applied to synthesis of glutaraldehyde,and the influence of major factors on yield of glutaraldehyde were investigated.The optimal synthetic reaction conditions were obtained through orthogonal experiment as follows:solvent was t-BuOH,reaction temperature of 35 ℃,reaction time of 28 h,catalyst amount of 3.4979 g,and the yield of glutaraldehyde was up to 78% under above conditions.XRD Characterization showed that catalyst W-HMS had characteristics of mesoporous zeolite structure;FTIR spectra showed that W species were introduced into the framework of the HMS mesoporous molecular sieves successfully.
