| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展和用电量的增大,社会上窃电问题变得越来越严重.文章对窃电的动因和方式进行了分析,提出了反窃电的技术、管理措施,讨论了在用电检查与反窃电工作中面临的主要问题.

| Abstract: | Along with economic development and increased consumption,the problem of electricity stealing is increasingly serious.This paper analyzed the motives and ways of electric larceny,put forward the power-theft-preventing technology and control measures,and discussed problems and difficulties in the electricity consumption inspection as well as measures against electricity stealing. |
