钼掺杂TiO2纳米薄膜的制备及其光催化活性研究

摘    要:采用Sol-Gel法制备掺钼纳米TiO2溶胶,再采用浸渍提拉法制备Mo-TiO2纳米薄膜,通过XRD、XPS、SEM等测试手段对制备的Mo-TiO2纳米薄膜进行表征;以罗丹明B为反应体系,考察了钼掺杂量、烧结温度、保温时间对TiO2晶格畸变、晶粒尺寸、晶型及光催化活性的影响.结果表明,部分Mo6+取代晶格中Ti4+的位...

Abstract:Mo-doped TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared via Sol-Gel method and nano-film by dip-doped method.They were characterized by XRD,XPS,SEM.The photocatalytic activity was investigated by degradation of RB.Effects of calcination temperature,keeping-warm time and Mo doping content on crystal lattice distortion,grain size,crystal phase and photocatalytic activity were investigated.The results showed that most of Mo6+ took the place of Ti4+ in the crystal lattice of TiO2,which led to crystal lattice distortion,restr...
