过氧化氢氧化-活性炭吸附法回收碘的研究

摘    要:采用过氧化氢氧化-活性炭吸附法回收高浓度含碘废水中的碘,考察了pH值、H2O2与I-摩尔比、反应时间对I-转化率的影响以及活性炭加量对I2提取率的影响,并对其机理进行了探讨。结果表明,在pH值为2、H2O2与I-摩尔比为1.00∶1、反应时间为2.0h、活性炭加量为2.2g.L-1的最优条件下,碘回收率为95.3%,纯度大于98.7%。

Abstract:The technique of H2O2 oxidation coupled with activated carbon adsorption was employed to recover iodine from high concentration iodine-contained wastewater.The effects of pH value,the molar ratio of H2O2 to I-and reaction time on I-conversion rate and activated carbon dosage on the extraction rate of I2 were investigated.The mechanism of the technique was discussed also.The results indicated that the optimum conditions for iodine recovery were as follows:the pH value was 2,the molar ratio of H2O2 to I-was 1...
