摘    要:为满足深井欠平衡钻井技术要求,现场采用了抗高温水包油钻井液体系.该体系具有良好的流变性,防塌能力强,密度在0.95~0.98 g·cm-3之间,抗温能力达到180℃.现场应用表明,该钻井液体系具有较好的抗高温性能,对油气层的损害小,有利于安全快速钻井和发现、保护油气层,性能稳定,易于调节,对录井、测井无影响,能够满足深...

Abstract:Meeting under-balanced drilling technical request,a temperature stability oil-in-water drilling fluid was prepared and applied to well NP23-P2001.This drilling fluid with density of 0.95~0.98 g·cm-3 had a good rheology,a highly inhibition and was stable at a temperature of 180 ℃.Field application result indicated that this drilling fluid system had a good temperature stability,did small harm to the formation,was advantageous in the safe fast drilling,in the discovery and the protection reservoir and its property was stable and easily adjusted.This system had no influence on logging and gauging,could satisfy the under-balanced drilling and the geological requests for the deep well.
