Abstract:Based on coagulation-photocatalytic oxidation principles,synthetic rubber wastewater COD was reduced by coagulation,Fenton reagent and UV irradiation,with ferrous sulfate and hydrogen peroxide as catalyst.The effects of coagulation agent amount,FeSO4·7H2O amount,treatment time,pH value,H2O2 amount and its adding mode on COD removal rate of synthetic rubber wastewater were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows:using Fe2SO4 of 2500 mg·L-1 as coagulation agent,FeSO4·7H2O amount of 5.0 g·L-1,treatment time of 120 min,pH value of 5.5,H2O2 amount of 10.0 mL·L-1 with adding by two times.Under above conditions,COD removal rate of synthetic rubber wastewater reached 92.31%.
