| 摘 要： | 从处于电网中下端的地、县级电网角度,分析现有管理模式、技术系统、资源现状与实现电网“大运行”发展需要存在的差距和问题,提出了地、县级具体一体化具体操作的总体设想,对地、县级电网一体化的开展建设提出了新思路.

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the gaps among current management mode,technique system,resource status of prefecture level and county level grid and the need of large scale operation.A tentative idea of unified prefecture level and county level operation is proposed,which brought a new train of thought for the unified prefecture level and county grid construction. |
