钢纤维自应力混凝土压力管受力性能的有限元分析

摘    要:利用大型通用软件ANSYS,对钢纤维自应力混凝土压力管的工作性能进行了分析,揭示钢纤维自应力混凝土压力管在内压力作用下的受力破坏过程,并与试验结果进行了比较.分析结果表明,配置在管道中的钢筋产生预应力,并且随着钢筋量的增加而增加;钢纤维的作用是延迟了钢纤维自应力混凝土压力管的开裂,提高了管道的抗裂性能.

Abstract:The mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced self-stressing concrete pipe is analyzed through ANSYS.The pipe's spoiled process under the inner pressure is presented and compared with the experimental results.The analysis indicates that the pre-stress of steel bars in the pipe increases along with steel bar quantity.Meanwhile,the steel fibers retard the pipe's cracking and enhance its cracking resistance property.
