金沙江乌东德水电站枢纽区高位自然边坡块体安全性评价与处理措施研究

摘    要:高边坡是中国西部水电工程建设常遇的环境地质问题,乌东德水电站枢纽区所处金沙江河谷呈狭窄"V"型,谷坡高达830~1 036 m,其稳定状况不仅影响工程施工期安全,还事关工程运行安全。以现场地质调查分析为依据,简述了工程边坡开口线之上高位自然边坡存在的局部稳定问题,以块体为例进行了块体分类、稳定性评价、安全性分级与防治方案研究,提出了基于失稳模式的块体分类方法、针对块体类型的稳定性评价标准、考虑块体自身稳定性与影响工程对象重要的安全性分级原则、基于块体常规加固措施对比分析并综合考虑块体安全性等级、规模类型及特殊地形地质条件的块体防治措施,并吸取众多工程教训,创新性提出了率先实施高位自然边坡防治工程、消除工程施工与运行安全环境隐患的工程理念,为工程设计与施工提供了重要依据,可作为其它类似工程参考。
