球磨法制备超细稻壳二氧化硅

摘    要:将稻壳用10%(体积分数)的盐酸处理后在600℃焚烧得到稻壳二氧化硅,再利用球磨法进行研磨,得到平均粒径为5.01 μm、分散度为1.31的超细稻壳二氧化硅粉体.研究了研磨时间、球料比和磨球直径对粉体粒径的影响,并对研磨前后粉体的性质、红外光谱(FTIR)及X-衍射图谱(XRD)进行了比较.结果表明:合适的球料比、磨球...

Abstract:Rice husk silica was prepared by burning rice husk treated with 10%(volume fraction)HCl at 600 ℃,then ultrafine rice husk silica powder with average diameter of 5.01 μm and size distribution of 1.31 was prepared by ball milling method under the dry environment.The effects of grinding condition including grinding time,the mass ratio of grinding ball to powder,the diameter of milling ball on size of ultrafine rice husk silica powder were determined.The properties and structure of powder before and after being grinded were compared by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Results showed that appropriate mass ratio of grinding ball to powder and diameter of milling ball were necessary to improve the grinding efficiency.However,flocculation would occur when grinding time was too long.After being grinded,the ultrafine rice husk silica powder had higher specific surface area,oil and water absorbing capacity without any change in structure and morphology.
