| 摘 要： | 基于ASPENPLUS软件,对生物质气化过程进行模拟和分析.运用吉布斯自由能最小化原理,结合RGibbs模块和RYield模块,构建了生物质气化模型.运用该模型对稻壳在流化床中的气化过程进行模拟,发现模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合.模拟分析了不同气化温度和空气当量比对气化结果的影响.结果表明:研究范围内的气化温度对产气率影响不大;随着空气当量比的增大,气化温度增加,热值减小,产气总量增加.
