基于ASPEN PLUS的生物质气化模拟与分析

摘    要:基于ASPENPLUS软件,对生物质气化过程进行模拟和分析.运用吉布斯自由能最小化原理,结合RGibbs模块和RYield模块,构建了生物质气化模型.运用该模型对稻壳在流化床中的气化过程进行模拟,发现模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合.模拟分析了不同气化温度和空气当量比对气化结果的影响.结果表明:研究范围内的气化温度对产气率影响不大;随着空气当量比的增大,气化温度增加,热值减小,产气总量增加.

Abstract:Based on ASPEN PLUS,simulation and analysis of biomass gasification process is proposed.A biomass gasification model based on the Gibbs free energy minimization method was developed by using the blocks of RGibbs re-actor and the RYield reactor.With this model,this paper analyzed the gasification process of rice husk in fluidized bed.It has been found that the simulation results and the experiment results fit well.The simulation analysis was used to observe the effect of gasification temperature and equivale...
