嗪草酮印迹聚合物在环境污染监测中的应用

摘    要:制备了嗪草酮印迹聚合物(MIP),用扫描电镜表征了其结构,并对其进行了吸附动力学研究.结果表明,MIP表面有一定几何结构的孔穴,具有特异性选择吸附性能;利用MIP分离富集嗪草酮可靠性高,嗪草酮的平均回收率达98.2%,平均相对标准偏差为0.93%.利用MIP有效测定了湖南省浏阳河水体及试验田土壤中的痕量嗪草酮,表明其确...

Abstract:Metribuzin molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) was prepared and was characterized by SEM.Its adsorptive kinetics was studied.The results showed that the surface of MIP had cavities with a certain geometric structure,and it possessed specific selective adsorption properties.
