| 摘 要： | 以某塔式起重机为研究对象,以其整机结构的应力分析为研究目标,在对塔式起重机的结构及工作状况进行分析的基础上,借助有限元软件Abaqus分析平台对其进行建模,并选取其中5种典型工况对其有限元模型进行整体结构应力分析,最后提出了整机机构的优化设计方案.

| Abstract: | In this thesis,QTZ4010 tower crane was taken as the research object and stress analysis of the overall structure was taken as the main objective.On the basis of the analysis of its overall structure and working conditions,a finite element model of the tower crane was built.And five typical working conditions were chosen,stress analysis of the finite element model of its overall structure was done.Finally,the optimization design plan of the overall structure was proposed. |
