玫瑰色素提取工艺条件优化研究

摘    要:对玫瑰色素的提取条件进行了优化.结果发现,玫瑰色素最大吸收波长在520 nm处.通过正交实验,确定玫瑰色素的最佳提取条件为:以0.1 mol·L-1盐酸-95%乙醇溶液为提取剂、提取时间60 min、提取温度60℃、料液比1 ∶ 30、提取2次.

Abstract:The extraction conditions of rose rugosa pigment were optimized.The rose rugosa pigment had the strongest absorption peak at 520 nm.The results indicated that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows by orthogonal experiment:using 0.1 mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid-95% ethanol solution as extraction solvent,the extraction temperature was 60 ℃,the extraction time was 60 min,the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶30,the extraction was conducted for two times.
