摘    要:介绍了大型设备状态监测与故障诊断系统.该系统对设备运行状态的进行实时监测,及早发现和确定故障的部位和性质,准确预报故障趋势并提出相应的对策.从而提高设备运行的可靠性,延长使用寿命,降低设备维修费用,以达到经济目标和社会效益的最大化.

Abstract:The condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system of the large equipment is described.The running condition of the device of the system is monitored by real-time so as to find and confirm the operation position and nature of fault piedict the tendency of accurately produce the countermeasures.As a result the reliability of the equipment is improved,applicable life is extended,and the cost of maintenance is reduced,thus the optimal economic objective and social efficiency being achieved.
