金银花中绿原酸的微波辅助提取工艺研究

摘    要:采用微波辅助法提取金银花中的绿原酸,研究了乙醇体积分数、料液比、微波功率和微波处理时间对绿原酸提取率的影响.通过单因素实验和正交实验确定最佳提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数60%、料液比1∶ 10(g∶ mL)、微波功率300 W、微波处理时间9 min,在此条件下,绿原酸提取率达3.779%.

Abstract:Microwave-assisted extraction of chlorogenic acid from Honeysuckle was studied.The effects of ethanol volume fraction,solid-liquid ratio,microwave power and microwave treatment time on the extraction rate of chlorogenic acid were investigated.Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:the ethanol volume fraction was 60%,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶10(g∶mL),microwave power was 300 W,microwave treatment time was 9 min.Under above conditions,the extraction rate of chlorogenic acid reached 3.779%.
