摘    要:介绍了某发电公司一次风机联轴器螺栓断裂情况,从风机运行工频与变频的不同、螺栓材质、力学特性和强度性能等方面对联轴器螺栓失效原因做了全面的分析,得出了螺栓断裂失效的原因除了本身材质及热处理工艺等原因外,还与风机变频工况下的复杂受力情况有一定的关系,最后给出了预防螺栓断裂失效的有效措施.

Abstract:The situation of coupling bolt breaking in primary air fan in a power plant was introduced.From the difference between operational power frequency and variable frequency,bolt materials,mechanical property and strength characteristics etc,the reasons of coupling bolt breaking were fully analyzed,and it was found that except mechanical property and heat treatment,the complex forces during variable frequency could also influence bolt breaking.At last it gave some effective measures to prevent the failure of bo...
