| 摘 要： | 研究了以3-氯甲基苯甲酸甲酯为起始原料,与乌洛托品进行Sommelet反应,合成3-醛基苯甲酸甲酯的工艺.考察了乌洛托品、溶剂、酸解条件、反应时间等对产物收率的影响.结果表明：n（3-氯甲基苯甲酸甲酯）：n（乌洛托品）：n（乙醇）：n（硫酸）=1∶1.5∶4∶2.5;在回流温度下反应6h,总产率为97.06%.

| Abstract: | A synthesis method of 3-formylbenzoate by Sommelet reaction was studied.The effects of reaction conditions,such as different solvent,different acid,urotropine amount and reaction times on the yield of product,were investigated.The results are as follow: the molar ratio of methyl 3-(chloromethyl)benzoate and urotropine was 1:1.5;ethanol was chosen as solvent,and the mass ratio of raw materi and solvent was 1:1.5;sulphuric acid was used as acidifier;the reaction time was 6 hours at reflux temperature.The puri... |
