| 摘 要： | 针对在钻遇大段活性软泥页岩过程中由于钻速快导致钻屑形成大量泥球问题,室内研究了钻井过程中泥球形成的影响因素.结果发现,除了钻屑的粘土矿物组成和钻屑的表面性质等固有因素外,钻屑的颗粒级配、钻井液中钻屑和膨润土的含量、钻井液的抑制性能等是影响泥球形成的外部因素. |

| Abstract: | Fast drilling technology has been of great interest to drilling contractors of most oilfields,but the problem of gumbo ball formation has often happened during fast drilling,especially for drilling active soft shale.This paper discusses the influential factors of gumbo ball formation during drilling process.The results show that there are several factors influencing the formation of gumbo ball.The internal factors include mineral and grain composition,surface properties of cuttings.The external factors incl... |
