摘    要:兰州化学物理研究所研制的含石墨的节能添加剂,加到润滑油中可以减小摩擦系数,提高耐磨性,达到节能的目的。但是对接触疲劳寿命的影响如何尚不清楚,为此笔者们进行了试验研究。结果表明,这种添加剂加到20#机械油中,提高45#钢(调质,HB=300)的接触疲劳寿命4.9倍以上。

Abstract:The friction coefficient can be decreased and anti-wear characteristic can be increased by added the saving energy additive containing graphite into the lubricating oil, so the energy can be saved. This additive is made by lanzhou institute of chemical physics, and the above advanced characteristics have been known by people. But the effect of the additive on contact fatigue have been known. So the experimental investigation is made by the authors. The results show that the contact fatigue lifes of the steel No. 45 (temper HB 300) are increased by 4.9 times, by means of adding the additive into the No. 20 machine oil.
